Domestic Shipping

We ship to you from our facility in Charlotte, NC where we prepare each package to ensure you receive your order on time and in excellent condition. Our shipping is calculated at checkout to determine rates and processing and are set using the most up to date rates form the USPS. We provide bulk shipments upon request simply contact us at our customer service e-mail and we will handle your bulk order.

International Shipping

We are happy to provide Worldwide International Shipping and rates calculated at checkout as they vary depending on location and are constantly being updated based on the rates established by the USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

At Fire of Coals we work toward your complete satisfaction with your Fire of Coals order. Due to shelf life of our quality ingredients, we have a 30 day refund policy. We can only accept returns for unopened products. If you have already opened your food product we cannot accept the opened food product back at our facility for sanity reasons. If you would like to return your unopened product, please contact our customer support at customersupport@fireofcoals.com.
